  Reading:  Exodus 39

The skilled workers  made the high priest's vestments:
his ephod, his breastpiece, his robe.

Vestments were also made for the ordinary priests.

When everything for the whole Tent was finished,
Moses examined all the work.

He saw what a good job the workers had done.

Moses then blessed all the workers.

Reflection:
What sort of worker am I? Is my work good, or careless and shoddy?
How can I improve my work

Prayer:
Dear God, please help me always to do a good job

Reading: Psalm 97

The Lord is king, let earth rejoice,
the many coastlands be glad.

Cloud and darkness are his robes.
His throne is justice and goodness.

The skies proclaim his goodness.
All peoples see his glory.

Let those who serve idols be ashamed.
Let all creation worship  the Creator.

Light shines forth for good people
and joy for the upright of heart.

Rejoice in the Lord, all good people.
Give glory to his holy name.

Reflection:
YouTube: How Great Thou Art

Prayer: Lord, our God, our Creator, how great Thou art

Reading:  Colossians 3

May the peace of Christ reign in your hearts.
Always be thankful

Let the message of Christ, in all its richness, find a home in you.
Help each other grow in wisdom

With gratitude in your hearts, sing songs to God

Reflection & Prayer - this little song:  Jesus, live in my heart

Reading:  Luke 10

The religious leader then asked another question: "Who is my neighbor?"

Jesus replied "A man on a journey was attacked by robbers. They beat him, took all he had, and left him seriously injured

A priest came by and saw the man, but did not help him. A temple worker also saw him, but did not help.  But a lowly foreigner who saw him was moved with pity

The foreigner bandaged his wounds, and used his own donkey to take the man to an inn. He paid the innkeeper to look after the man

Which of the three was a neighbor to the injured man?"

The leader replied "The one who helped him". Jesus then said "Go, and do the same"

Reflection:
Pope Francis has been using this story to stop the trend towards a "globalisation of indifference".  See this file

Prayer:
Jesus, please don't let me ignore people who need help
